The Role
As a B2B Account Manager at INFINIT, you will nurture and grow our existing customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to our clients, working to maximise the value they derive from our SaaS platform while achieving retention and revenue growth goals.
What do we want to achieve together?- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations.
- Drive product adoption and engagement: Proactively identify ways customers can achieve greater success using our platform.
- Act as a trusted advisor: Understand customers’ business needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive value.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention: Monitor account health and work proactively to mitigate risks of churn.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities: Collaborate with the sales team to drive additional revenue from existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams: Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and product feedback.
- Provide insights and reporting: Share account performance, usage data, and value realisation metrics with customers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance the customer experience.
What do you need to be successful in this role?- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive customer success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to explain complex solutions clearly and compellingly.
- Proactive approach to seeking out customer feedback and discovering opportunities for growth within your portfolioStrong problem-solving skills: Ability to manage and resolve challenging situations with diplomacy.
- Results-driven with a focus on retention, expansion, and customer outcomes.
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience in Automotive desirable but not essential
