About the Position:
The Digital Performance Marketing Account Coordinator will join a team of performance marketers, providing critical support through efficient project and client management. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to keep multiple projects organized while ensuring timely execution. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who excels at project execution, client communication, and long-term planning.
The salary range for this position is $50k – $65k.
We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work and will perform the work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas.
Your Impact:
- Project Management: You’ll support performance marketing efforts through project tracking, client meetings, retainer management, and effective note-taking.
- Client Support: You’ll assist the team in maintaining strong client partnerships by addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities.
- Platform Basics: You’ll develop a foundational understanding of major digital marketing platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.) to support project management and client communication.
- Collaboration: You’ll work within your team to align strategies with client goals and ensure clear timelines.
- Problem-Solving: You’ll approach challenges with curiosity and empathy, focusing on creative solutions that drive success.
- Client Advocacy: You’ll ensure client goals are clear, objectives are defined, and budgets are adhered to.
- Data and Reporting: You’ll analyze data, generate reports, draft project briefs, stay updated on digital advertising trends, and collaborate with various team members. You’ll also complete required certifications in digital advertising platforms.

- 1-2 years of experience in a digital agency setting, supporting performance-driven paid media campaigns
- Basic understanding of paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and familiarity with paid marketing strategies and tactics
- Exposure to in-platform tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying issues and concerns
- Ability to support project coordination and collaborate with technical, channel-specific marketers
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the digital marketing industry
- Willingness to learn and apply generative AI technologies in real-world scenarios
