We are seeking an experienced Senior HCM Analyst with expertise in Workday to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday HCM solutions to meet our business objectives, with a secondary emphasis on supporting payroll functions. This is a full-time role where you will be a key member of a dynamic team with an opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects as we continue to grow our HR tech stack.
You will partner across the People Team, the Finance and Payroll team, and other internal partners such as IT. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project tasks effectively, and ensure a smooth adoption to Workday while sharing knowledge and training junior team members. This role requires a continuous improvement and innovative mindset to identify, recommend, and improve current systems and processes, implement upgrades and enhancements, lead testing and data validation, and ensure that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives.
