Sr. Total Rewards Analyst

Spreetail is seeking a talented Compensation and Benefits Specialist to play a crucial role in our organization. In this position, you'll be responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing our comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Your duties will include conducting market benchmarking, performing data analysis, and ensuring our total rewards strategies are both competitive and compliant. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Finance, and leadership teams. How you will achieve success:
  • Create and manage reports to monitor key metrics related to benefits utilization, compensation spend, employee leveling, and overall rewards. 
  • Analyze data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements to reward programs. 
  • Prepare materials for the executive team, compensation committee, and board of directors on various total rewards topics.  
  • Lead or contribute to special projects related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy. 
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and communicate compensation programs that align with Spreetail’s business strategy.  
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the company's job architecture, including job families, career leveling guidelines, and corresponding compensation structures.  
  • Perform labor market analysis and develop pay structures to attract and retain talent globally. 
  • Support benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other key employee offerings. 
  • Collaborate with the greater global HR team to ensure benefits programs are aligned with local requirements. 


What experience will help you in this role: 
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits within a global organization. 
  • Proven experience with both compensation and benefits benchmarking processes and vendors, including global partnerships 
  • Experience developing and maintaining total compensation structures, including support for equity and bonus programs. 
  • Understanding of benefits strategies and have experience with supporting complex global programs. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicable human resource laws, regulations and best practices 
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred
  • World at Work Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)  is preferred


$91,000 - $146,000 a year
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $91,000/year to $146,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
