  • Drive earnings and product adoption: Across your portfolio, accelerate each creator’s growth trajectory by coaching them on how best to use product features, as well as increase traffic to their Patreon page, improve fan-to-member conversion rates, and maximize long-term retention of existing members.

  • Partner with Product: Along with your fellow Partner Managers, you’ll be embedded in a few product pods, ensuring that your creators’ voices are heard.

  • Creatively execute on cross-functional solutions: Work with creators in your portfolio to address their unique business-critical needs and goals through motions like enrolling in product testing with Product Marketing, setting up feedback sessions with Product, working with Data Science on additional data reports and more.

  • Partner on marketing opportunities: Coordinate with cross-functional Patreon teams to showcase your creators in promotional, event, and press opportunities that are mutually beneficial to the creator and Patreon.

  • Inspire evangelism for Patreon: Translate the investment we make into strategic creators into the strength of their advocacy for Patreon, driving more fan and creator interest in the platform.
