Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding grocery orders, delivery schedules, and related services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the grocery or delivery sector, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
