Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients with their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Provide personalized advice on travel destinations and craft customized itineraries that meet client needs.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to travel bookings and services promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and travel plans.
• Stay informed about current travel trends, promotional offers, and company policies to best serve clients.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Promote relevant travel packages and services based on client interests and requirements.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service is preferred.
