Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking customers for a diverse range of electronic devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and timely solutions.
• Document all support requests and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
• Assist customers with product installation, setup, and usage instructions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create user-friendly documentation and guides to assist customers with product use.

• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Experience in electronics support or a related technical field.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with electronic devices and customer support best practices.
• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is an advantage.
