Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with expert knowledge about gaming products, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Document all interactions and customer feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay current on gaming trends and product updates to provide informed support to customers.

• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer support, ideally within the gaming industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Motivated to work independently in a fast-paced environment while being a strong team player.
