Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about automotive products, services, and warranties.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking purposes.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide comprehensive solutions for customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and company policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Technical knowledge or interest in vehicles and automotive products is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
