About Pavago
Pavago is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Lead Generation Email Manager to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong expertise in outbound/ cold email marketing, lead generation, and project management. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted cold email campaigns, optimizing email outreach strategies, and managing various lead-generation efforts to drive B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Email Campaigns: Develop, execute, and optimize targeted cold email outreach to generate and nurture leads.
- Email Sequences & Cadences: Write content, determine target lists (including agents, employees, and clients), structure cadences, and enrol sales reps for follow-up.
- Sales Cadence Structure: Build and manage the email cadence structure for the sales team to ensure effective outreach and engagement.
- Lead Nurturing: Work closely with sales to create follow-up strategies and lead nurturing workflows to convert prospects into qualified leads.
- Email Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize cold email campaigns for better deliverability, engagement, and conversions.
- Content Creation: Write and manage email copy, ensuring it resonates with different target segments.
- CRM & Marketing Automation: Leverage Salesforce (High-Velocity Sales/Sequences), Pardot, and other marketing tools for automation and lead tracking.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit:
- Required Experience: 4-5 years of experience in cold email marketing, lead generation, and B2B sales outreach.
- Lead Generation Expertise: Proven experience in developing and optimizing cold email outreach and lead nurturing campaigns. Also has experience with HTML mass emails.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple lead generation projects effectively.
- CRM & Automation Knowledge: Proficiency with Salesforce (High Velocity Sales/Sequences), Pardot, Clay, and other email automation tools.
- Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft compelling email content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Content Creation: Know how to decide and create content for webinars and LinkedIn. Also, know how to manage content calendars.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
As a Lead Generation Email Manager, your day will include writing and optimizing cold email campaigns, developing targeted sales cadences, collaborating with the sales team, and managing digital marketing projects. You will ensure lead generation efforts are aligned with business goals and drive qualified leads to the sales team.
