About Pavago:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and enhance our client's recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, implementing an ATS from scratch, and optimizing the hiring process to ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. This role requires someone with strong English communication skills, end-to-end recruitment expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source and engage with top talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment & Selection: Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and create targeted recruitment strategies. Draft and post compelling job openings on ATS, company websites, and relevant platforms. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Process Optimization & ATS Management: Select and implement an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from scratch, ensuring it meets the company’s needs. Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities in the ATS. Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Stay updated on best practices and trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring efficiency. Maintain regular communication with hiring teams to align on priorities and timelines. Prepare and present data-driven recruitment reports to leadership. Coordinate and facilitate structured, bias-free interview processes.
  • Offer & Onboarding Coordination: Prepare and manage approval for competitive offer letters. Negotiate with candidates to secure top talent while addressing any concerns. Oversee pre-employment checks, background screenings, and onboarding transitions.

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS tools such as ADP, Team Tailor, or BreezyHR.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and build strong candidate relationships.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit!

  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment across various roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS tools and their implementation.
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies for roles ranging from entry-level to senior-level positions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
