Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in General Studies or related field
2-5 years of experience in benefits administration or human resources
Strong foundational knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans
Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
