Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - PR + Communications & Brand + Creative.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency leadership to develop custom proposals and pitch strategies for healthcare and life sciences buyers
• Qualify inbound leads and proactively pursue new business opportunities through outreach and relationship building
• Utilize HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline, track activities, and improve process workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a marketing, branding, PR, or communications agency
• Strong familiarity with healthcare and life sciences buyers across various sectors
• Proficient in using HubSpot CRM for managing pipelines and generating insights
• Experience with a disciplined, data-driven sales approach and meeting sales targets
• Ability to balance strategic storytelling with practical execution in a collaborative environment
