Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for account management and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and implement strategies to deepen client relationships and maximize customer lifetime value
• Lead a team to develop and deploy account plans that support revenue goals and update senior leadership on progress

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in account management or client success, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in managing client accounts and driving retention and growth, particularly in SaaS or fundraising software
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills
• Experience in managing high-touch accounts and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics for performance improvement
