Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in growth or performance marketing for DTC ecommerce brands
• Proven track record of scaling digital marketing channels and optimizing conversion rates
• Strong knowledge of paid media, affiliate networks, email marketing, SEO, and marketplace growth
• Experience with ecommerce platforms similar to Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
