Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage 2-3 Workday HCM modules, overseeing process improvements and operational maintenance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Provide Tier 3-level support for troubleshooting functional and configuration issues across the organization
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience with Workday HCM or similar HCM platforms
  • Experience in evaluating and recommending new Workday features
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead peers in knowledge sharing
  • Demonstrable experience with Workday's Enterprise Interface Builder
  • Extensive knowledge of project management and HRIS systems development methodologies
