The Mindshare Referral Program represents one of Talkiatry’s biggest strategic bets for 2024 and beyond. This program is critical to our vision for transforming how mental healthcare integrates with traditional medicine. We are building the infrastructure that will help millions of patients access care when they need it most. We’ve proven the model works - now we’re scaling it.
That's where you come in. As Director of Partnerships, you'll drive growth in key markets by building lasting relationships with regional health system leaders. You'll own the full partnership lifecycle - from initial outreach through successful launch - creating scalable approaches that expand access to care. This isn't just another sales role - it's a chance to transform mental healthcare delivery in your region.
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution. You'll need to navigate complex health system dynamics, build compelling business cases, and drive deals to closure. If you're ready to own a territory and deliver partnerships that matter, this role is for you.
About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.
60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.
You Will:
Strategy:
Own territory strategy development, focusing on regional health systems and physician networks
Develop and execute account plans that align with organizational priorities
Build deep understanding of regional market dynamics and competitive landscape
Growth:
Build relationships with regional health system executives and physician leaders
Execute complex, multi-stakeholder deals from qualification through close
Drive territory pipeline development and consistently exceed targets
Create opportunities to scale through strategic presence at healthcare leadership forums and industry events
Build for Scale:
Optimize and implement proven approaches to health system integration that drive measurable clinical and operational impact
Create frameworks for measuring and communicating program ROI to health system stakeholders
Build enablement tools that address unique needs of different health system segments
Structure and track KPIs that demonstrate clear value to partners
