Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding our financial software via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues effectively to ensure user satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
  • Provide customers with training and guidance on software features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest product updates and financial industry trends to provide relevant support.
  • Work towards achieving customer satisfaction goals and promoting company values in every interaction.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken is mandatory.

  • Familiarity with financial software or related systems is highly regarded.
