Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding transportation services, including booking, schedules, and pricing.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively assist customers with relevant information.
  • Provide feedback to management on process improvements and customer feedback.
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
