Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in German through phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and service scheduling.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and record-keeping.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and specific air conditioning technologies to provide informed support.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

• Familiarity with air conditioning products or HVAC systems is an asset.
