In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our client's brand, offering exceptional customer service and support to Italian-speaking customers. You will engage with customers via various communication channels, helping them navigate their telecommunications experience and resolve any inquiries or issues they may have. This position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to telecommunications services.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions available.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experiences.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
  • Fluency in Italian, both spoken and written, is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
