Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to online content creators in Italian and English.

  • Gather and document client feedback to improve products and services offered by The House of Mercier.

  • Help create and maintain FAQ and knowledge base articles to assist clients in self-service.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the online content or digital services sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with online content creation tools and platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards client support.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
