Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding transportation services.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.
  • Assist customers with booking, changes, and cancellations of transportation services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and service recovery.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and streamline operations.
  • Stay updated on transportation services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address customer needs.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
