Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take full ownership of the recruitment function at Trengo. Acting as a trusted partner to our hiring teams, you’ll ensure we attract and hire top talent while fostering diverse and high-performing teams. You will also drive employer branding initiatives to showcase Trengo’s vibrant, international, and inclusive work environment.


This role offers flexibility, with 32 to 40 hours per week, allowing you to contribute at your best while maintaining a work-life balance.

What the role looks like
  • Full-cycle recruitment: You will own the recruitment process from start to finish for roles across Tech, Commercial, and G&A teams, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and closing offers.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, role requirements, and desired qualifications. Advise and guide them throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Develop and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and an excellent candidate experience.
  • Source proactively using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Data-driven mindset: Track key recruitment metrics such as “time to hire”, “time to fill” and “quality of hire” to measure the success of your hiring efforts. Utilize data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve processes.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to highlight Trengo’s culture and attract diverse talent.
  • Ensure a stellar candidate experience, approaching every interaction with honesty, empathy, and transparency.


What you can bring
  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle talent acquisition role, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Experience recruiting for tech and commercial roles.
  • Proactive and independent - you like to take initiative and explore new ideas.
  • Resourcefulness - you find creative ways to attract top talent.
  • Ability to engage effectively with candidates and manage successfully internal stakeholders.
  • You’re able to manage multiple roles at once in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, other sourcing channels and an ATS is a must.
