We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media & Creative Brand Specialist / Executive to take charge of our digital presence and elevate our brand on a global scale. This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to merge design expertise with strategic social media management, while also bringing an awareness of worldwide trends and events to keep our brand relevant and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute creative, data-driven social media strategies across multiple platform to boost brand visibility globally.
- Monitor global trends and events to create timely, impactful content and participation that resonates with audiences worldwide.
- Manage day-to-day content planning, posting, engagement, and community building.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Stay updated with the latest platform features, hashtags, and algorithm changes to ensure fresh, relevant content that leads in the industry.
- Creative Design & Branding
- Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and marketing materials that align with our brand identity and capture global trends.
- Create engaging social media posts, banners, digital ads, and presentations that stand out and tell a story.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to maintain brand consistency and effectively communicate our vision.
- Edit and enhance images, animations, and video content to produce polished digital campaigns that reflect a high standard of creativity.
Qualifications:
- What Weāre Looking For
- A creative thinker who is passionate about storytelling, branding, and keeping up with global trends.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to engage diverse audiences across different regions.
- Expertise in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- An insightful thinker who uses knowledge of current events and global cultural shifts to create timely and relevant content.
- Exceptional communication skills to craft compelling visuals and captions that drive engagement.
- Preferred Experience
- Bachelorās degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in social media management and graphic design, with a proven track record of global brand-building.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work and successful social media campaigns that demonstrate creativity and trend awareness.
