Performance Management Specialist

As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Performance Management Specialist.

The role reports to the CxP Manager and you will step in to cover every aspect of data analytics and performance management needs across BUs within the CxP Division.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with BUs so as to translate performance management needs to insightful and meaningful reports and dashboards
• Improve and automate recurring customer operations performance scorecards and dashboards
• Perform analysis of customer driven KPIs, supporting operations excellence
• Forecast ownership across touch points (calls, written, social)
• Workforce capacity planning to better utilize existing HC

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• BSc Degree in Statistics or Business Administration is desired; Master's Degree will be a plus
• Basic Statistics knowledge and experience in Data Analytics framework
• Experience in forecasting models and fair knowledge of workforce management tools
• Master in Contact Center and Customer Experience KPIs
• Good knowledge of MS Power BI (Shaping Data, Hierarchies, DAX scripting, Visualization)
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
