About the Role:
We’re looking for a Recruiter + People Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you’ll take ownership of talent acquisition while ensuring an exceptional employee experience. From sourcing top-tier candidates to optimizing HR processes, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and supporting our incredible team.
What You’ll Do:
Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize ATS platforms like Workable to manage the hiring process and provide data-driven insights.
- Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate the offer process with our Legal Team.
People Operations:
- Help launch our new Neon Flux office in the Philippines
- Support onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
- Manage and update employee records using tools like Rippling or similar HR systems.
- Collaborate on performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.
- Support additional culture, people operations, and HR initiatives as-needed.
- Proven experience in recruitment and people operations, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with platforms like Workable Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or other.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
What would be a plus:
- Experience in a creative or startup environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems like Rippling.
- Previous work experience in a remote-first or globally distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools like Slack, Asana, and Notion.
- Interest or experience in supporting the setup and development of a physical office space in Manilla.
