Remote based role based in the US. Candidates must be physically located within the US.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving company growth through transformational enablement. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in developing and implementing outcome-based enablement programs and curriculum using adult learning principles. 

Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Develop and deliver sales enablement programs that align with business goals and drive measurable improvements in sales KPIs, including new business development, customer satisfaction, and retention. Preferred program experience: 
    • Strategic Account Planning 
    • Win-Loss Analysis 
    • AI Tools and Support 
    • Seller Workshops and Knowledge Shares 
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a global team of sales trainers, curriculum designers, and contractors to ensure consistent and effective training delivery. 
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation and update of training materials, including eLearning modules, sales playbooks, and interactive learning activities. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of enablement initiatives. 
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make data-driven improvements. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and incorporate them into the company’s training programs. 

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Microsoft Suite including Dynamics, Google Suite, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Lusha, Mindtickle, and similar Sales Technologies 

Preferred Attributes: 

  • Proven success in developing and implementing sales enablement programs that drive significant improvements in sales performance. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a global team. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. 
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development. 
  • Certifications: Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler, MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, and Value Selling. 

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $92-120k. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
