This role is ideal for dynamic individuals who are passionate about travel and delivering exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients. As a travel specialist, your focus will be on creating personalized travel experiences that cater to the unique preferences of each client.

Responsibilities

• Guide Spanish-speaking clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities.
• Provide tailored travel recommendations based on the clients’ interests, needs, and budget.
• Respond to client inquiries efficiently through phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, popular destinations, and travel packages to enhance client offerings.
• Oversee the complete booking process, ensuring that all details are accurate and meet the clients’ expectations.
• Tackle any issues or concerns raised by clients during the booking process or while they are journeying.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Autonomous work capability while thriving in a collaborative remote team environment.
• Experience with travel booking software and CRM systems is advantageous.
• A genuine enthusiasm for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional client care.
