Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking subscribers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account management, content inquiries, and technical support issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer challenges effectively.
• Stay informed about the latest content, features, and updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and engagement.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and familiar with basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a remote environment.
