Pavago is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to join our client’s team. This role requires a candidate with some experience in accounting and strong administrative skills to support financial and operational processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management, organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel to analyze reports and maintain accurate records. A reliable source of equipment and internet is essential for this remote role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry, reconciling transactions, and processing financial documents.
  • Report Analysis: Review and analyze financial reports to identify discrepancies and trends.
  • Excel Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets, track financial data, and generate reports.
  • Administrative Support: Organize and maintain digital records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Time & Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Written Communication: Draft, proofread, and format documents with a strong focus on spelling and grammar.
  • Equipment & Connectivity: Maintain a reliable internet connection and functional equipment to ensure seamless remote work.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Your day will involve working with financial data, analyzing reports, and maintaining well-organized records. You’ll be responsible for supporting accounting processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and using Excel for tracking and reporting. Additionally, you’ll assist in administrative tasks, proofread documents, and manage time-sensitive responsibilities efficiently.
