Position Summary:

Penta Group is seeking an experienced Ads Campaign Analytics Coordinator to join our fast-growing Brand Strategy team. As an Ads Campaign Coordinator, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring our clients’ advertising campaigns are measured, optimized, and effective. Additionally, your role will have you working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders as a thought partner to support campaign execution, track performance, and identify opportunities for future improvements. 


This position is a perfect opportunity for a data-driven and highly collaborative individual with a passion for advertising, analytics, and uncovering insights that drive the success to join a rapidly scaling Media team and create a significant impact on our clients’ advertising projects. 


Duties & Responsibilities:

- Monitor campaign delivery to ensure all ads are running as expected, troubleshooting issues as they arise

- Track, collect, and analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights

- Create performance reports and dashboards to share key metrics and recommendations with internal teams and clients

- Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize ad performance and maximize campaign KPIs

- Work closely with the Analytics and Media teams to ensure campaign goals are met or exceeded

- Assist in creating data-driven recommendations for future campaigns based on historical performance and insights

- Stay up-to-date on platform updates, advertising trends, and emerging technologies

- Support teammates as needed with the setup, trafficking, and management of digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other programmatic tools


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital advertising analytics role

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Demonstrable experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, or similar platforms

- Familiarity with visualization platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Databox, or others

- Basic understanding of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic tools

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and data points

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights

- Experience working with clients in regulated industry environments like Healthcare, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Agriculture, or others, is highly preferred


Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position will be $77,000 - $87,000 depending on a candidate’s experience and qualifications as they relate to the position.

Location and Remote Schedule:

This position is for US-based personnel and is fully remote, with a preference for candidates who can work Eastern Time hours.
