As a Business Developer for the French market, your mission is to convert leads into customers. You will join an international inbound team hub composed of 4 market: France, Italy, Spain and Germany. The whole team is based in our brand new offices near to Catalunya in Barcelona!


👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Business Developer France at Qonto, you will


Convert inbound leads into opening an account on Qonto by managing the full sales cycle for micro-enterprises (1-9 employees)

Connect meaningfully with 30-40 new qualified leads daily, turning conversations into lasting business relationships

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our sales processes and customer experience

Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in a Sales oriented role, ideally in a scale-up/ SaaS industry similar to our environment

Result-driven: You like to have a visible impact on a daily basis (increase the sales revenue)

Customer-oriented: Your main concern is to satisfy your customer and demonstrate the value of our product

Communication: Your excellent command of French and English (oral and written) allows you to adapt to a diverse audience including C-levels

Resilience: You never give up! Any failure is an opportunity to learn and grow
