A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment to enhance their Human Resources Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert to provide candidates with accurate information about the company and open positions
  • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure requisitions are reviewed and vetted before recruitment begins
  • Post job positions, review resumes, extend offers, and assist with HR operations and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2+ years of related recruitment experience required
  • Experience with high volume, non-exempt recruiting preferred
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases, preferably Workday
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
