Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Dutch to clients exploring smoke-free alternatives.
• Address inquiries concerning smoke-free products and assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
• Resolve customer concerns with efficiency and empathy to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the smoke-free product line and related services.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address product-related inquiries and enhance customer experiences.
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of smoke-free products and services.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer service excellence.
• Ability to effectively resolve issues and handle customer inquiries under pressure.
• Knowledge of smoke-free products and an enthusiasm for promoting health-focused lifestyles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also thriving independently in a remote setting.
