Responsibilities

• Assist Portuguese-speaking customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) with their inquiries about video game products.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide detailed information on games and promotions, helping customers navigate their purchasing options.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Continuously gather customer insights to improve service offerings and processes.
• Stay updated about the latest product releases and industry trends in gaming to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the gaming or tech industry.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
