Your ability to cultivate relationships and your strategic approach will be instrumental in driving sales growth and contributing to our clients' success in a competitive market. Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain relationships with Spanish-speaking companies in the Travel and Tourism Industry.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions specific to the tourism sector.
  • Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities within the travel industry.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful placements and high client satisfaction.
  • Enter and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, particularly in the Travel and Tourism Industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach towards achieving sales goals.
  • A passion for travel and a solid understanding of the tourism landscape is preferred.
