Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone communication.
  • Address customer inquiries related to gaming operations, rules, promotions, and account issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues faced by customers during their online gaming experience.
  • Offer informative assistance regarding gaming products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with account creation, verification, and processing financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to facilitate improved services.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience across all operational channels.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written, is crucial; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer support, ideally in the iGaming or a related industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage customer inquiries.
