We are hiring a Director of Business Development to our Business Development team in Miami

YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop & Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of 6-10 Business Development Representatives (BDRs)—Wellhub’s future sales stars.
  • Drive Performance & Growth: Help to build and execute a scalable, measurable, and repeatable process to elevate team efficiency, increase sales pipeline, and exceed KPIs.
  • Coach & Motivate: Implement continuous training, foster a winning culture, and inspire team members with creative incentives.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Growth Marketing, Account Management, and Events to optimize outbound strategy and maximize results.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Own reporting on lead volume, pipeline progression, and playbook effectiveness to continuously refine our approach.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience, with direct management of BDR teams.
  • Proven track record of scaling and leading high-performing BDR teams in a fast-growth environment.
  • Consistent history of 100%+ quota achievement as a BDR Manager.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, BDR cadence tools, and outbound strategy execution.
  • Maintain an organized workflow to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects efficiently.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies for improved results.
  • High-energy, self-motivated, adaptable leader with a passion for developing talent.

The annual base salary range for this role is $121,868 - $152,335. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

PAID TIME OFF: It’s important to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!)
