Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and facilitating resolutions
Work closely with the recruitment team in talent attraction, screening, and onboarding new hires
Advise management on performance management processes and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience; HR certification CIPD preferred
4+ years of progressive experience in HR, focusing on advisory roles and employee relations
Good understanding of employment legislation and best practices
Experience working with HRIS, performance management tools, ATS, and Microsoft 365
Confident in navigating HR issues across EMEA
