  • Triage Service Now case management system related to I-9 inquiries and support reporting
Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of operations experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and administration
  • Experience with Salesforce and database management
  • Proficient in spreadsheet and documentation software
