RSVP Coordinator

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia is looking for a skilled, energetic, and lively RSVP Coordinator to join its Fast-growing team to plan, execute, and oversee our monthly RSVP events for homeowners interested in window and door replacement options. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The role will be a Full Time/Hybrid opportunity at our Central Virginia Location in Richmond, Virginia.

Your Responsibilities as a Coordinator:
  • Plan, Execute, and oversee RSVP events for homeowners interested in window and door replacement.
  • Research, select, and negotiate with vendors for venues, catering, entertainment, decorations and other event needs.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing Staff to create Marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum exposure of RSVP Events are met.
  • Collaborate with attendees of RSVP events and ensure objectives and needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive event plans, including budgets, timelines, and logistics.
  • Coordinate event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all details align with plans.
  • Manage internal staff working onsite, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Maintain timely and effective communication with attendees, team members, vendors and company stakeholders throughout the event planning process.
  • Utilize and maintain calls and communication utilizing a company provided Cellular device, designated for RSVP events.
  • Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and provide post-event financial summaries.
  • Prepare, conduct post-event evaluations with company stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated and relevant on industry trends and suggest innovative ideas to enhance event outcomes and experiences. 


What YOU bring to the table:
  • Experience in public speaking and presenting in front of large numbers of people.
  • Responsible, reliable with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a timeline, action-based mindset.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in event planning and execution.  
  • 2-3 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and results-based reporting.
  • Knowledge of local vendors, venues and event trends.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Be willing to submit a background check.

$43,888 - $43,888 a year
Salary: $43,888.00 w/ generous monthly bonus opportunities (Will be covered in detail at the time of interview)
