Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish and English regarding automotive products and services.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers over the phone, via email, and through chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain customer records and document conversations accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay updated on automotive products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
