What does this role involve:
You will actively participate in creating and implementing the development strategy for the affiliate program of the largest e-commerce platforms in CEE
You will collaborate with Publishers and affiliate platforms using diversified affiliate business models to ensure our business growth and efficiency
Together with the team, you will prepare and execute affiliate activities in both the Polish market and international markets
You will contribute to the development of a marketing strategy aimed at expanding the affiliate programs
You will keep an eye on what the competition is doing 😉
You will analyze the results of your activities and draw valuable insights from them

This job is for you, if:
You have at least 4 years of experience working with affiliate networks and publishers
You have a strong understanding of affiliate program management, affiliate business models, commission structures, and recruitment of affiliate publishers
You possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to assess the potential quality and effectiveness of collaborations with affiliates
You have expertise in web analytics (Google Analytics, affiliate network panels, MS Office, etc.), data interpretation, creating recommendations, and implementing them in ongoing activities and campaigns
You can build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners
You are goal-oriented and fully engaged in your assigned tasks
You have at least a communicative level of English, both spoken and written (as you will work with international partners)
You are familiar with the e-commerce market and have up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends
